There are no refunds after the schedule is published except as outlined below.

If rainouts, lighting failures, or other situations beyond our control cause a team to receive less than their number of guaranteed games, the team will receive a refund. Rainout refunds are not given if a rain date is scheduled for the tournament.
There are no refunds for forfeits or disqualifications.

For 2 Day Events

• If you play 3 games: No Refund
• If you play 2 games: You will receive 25% credit of entry fee paid
• If you play only 1 game: You will receive 50% credit of entry fee paid
• If you don't play any games: Full Refund

For 1-Day Events

• If you play 2 or 3 games: No Refund
• If you play 1 game: You will receive 25% credit of entry fee paid
• If you don't play any games: Full Refund

*All Teams must play 1 game to receive awards and perks. In case of Sunday rainouts, awards and perks will be based on Saturday seedings.
